My name is Jermaine White I am from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Currently active duty military with plans on retirement/transition from service very soon. Overall I am looking at real-estate as a wealth building vehicle. I would rather hold on for the cash-flow and equity buildup so I am specifically looking at multifamily units though I have taken a peek at some commercial units that have raised my interests. Very excited with what's in store I realize their is a lot to learn and I am certainly motivated although very nervous. I look forward to the networking and educational opportunities' that this forum will bring.
