Hello All!

I have recently moved from Arizona back home to Buffalo, NY and apparently have brought some good weather with me:)  I am a Psychologist now here in Buffalo.  I have always had interest in investing and currently am looking to invest in a duplex/triplex within the North Buffalo area.  Any support/guidance would be greatly appreciated!
