Hey guys, just joined this forum and I am glad I did. Currently in the 9-5 rat race and going to school as well. Flipping has always been my passion since I have been doing it since 14 years old (turned 22 a few days ago). It started with electronics on eBay and craigslist and slowly moved to flipping cars. I did good for myself and now I am eager to learn about real estate investing. Currently looking for deals in Upstate, New York. Also trying out wholesaling but no luck yet. Hope to get in touch with all of you and learn new things. Thank You.
