New member in Palm Bay, Florida

Hi everyone. Recently moved to Palm Bay from NY. I'm new to real estate investing and would love any and all tips, especially about the Palm Bay - Sebastian - Melbourne areas. Hoping to meet some of you in this area!

Just finishing up work on the house I'm living in and almost ready to venture on to new projects. I had my own carpentry/cabinet business on Long Island and did some real estate sales, so I'm hoping to put those skills to work here fixing up houses. 

I have many questions, so here's my first. Where might I find deals other that MLS?

Welcome to Brevard & Biggerpockets!! I've found deals on Craigslist.  I suggest listening to the podcasts & singing up for the webinars on Biggerpockets.  Both are full of a TON of information.   Good luck with your flipping adventures.
