Hello BP Community! New guy from Tallahassee, Florida

Hi BP Community,

My name is Jose and I am an investor in Tallahassee, Florida. I have been in Real Estate since 2004 but took a small break from 2008 - 2011. :) I have been actively flipping again since 2012 and I'm having a blast!I am still working full-time but I have managed to flip 3-4 properties a year.

2016 is off to a fast start for me as I purchased two properties in the last 3 weeks. One Single Family Property to flip and a Multi-Family Property as a long-term hold. I generally find my deals on the MLS but I have been fortunate to have a few pocket listings thrown my way. I am hoping to leverage the Bigger Pockets community to network with Wholesalers and really growing my portfolio.
