New member out of Vancouver, Canada!
Hey Guys, just joined recently and liking what I've found so far!! I'm in the Vancouver metropolitan area in Canada where the housing market is pretty crazy (little on the market, high prices!). Currently I have a couple properties, one in Alberta which I'm hoping to sell by the summer, and one here that has built up a good amount of equity. I've done reno's to both, with help from some contractors for the more skilled labor involved. Once the house is sold, I'm looking to get into flipping seriously.
