Real Estate Investing for Late Start Investors

I am 64 years old and started actively pursuing real investing last year with measurable success and attribute much of that success to the Bigger Pockets community.

Personally I find it exhilarating and look forward to growing my real estate portfolio.

Are there others in the BP community who began real estate investing at a late age?

Any input on the matter would be welcome.

Hey @Rick Mills

Nothing is ever too late!! There have been so many people that have found there passion in a different time in life, the creator of Grey Goose was in his 70's, and it doesn't stop with him. A lady in her 80's was bought out of her business by Warren Buffet, and came back and worked there for a few years, then started another business doing the same thing right across the street from the store she was bought out from. This second store was started in her 90's and he had to buy her out of that shop at five million because it was such a big competitor, and she went back to work for that same shop!!

Just keep your eye on your passion and keep going, it's going to take time; however, you will crush it!
