Hi All,

I'm really excited to have joined bigger pockets!! I'm looking to learn as much as I can about buy and hold real estate, and I hope to buy a small multi-family (duplex) in the next 12 months.

My biggest need at the moment is finding the right area. If anyone has any suggestions for a good cash flow area with a low-medium barrier to entry around the NYC area let's talk!
