Hello everybody.
I'm Patrick a 17 year old senior in high school. I recently got introduced to real estate investing after my dad gave me a book called Building Wealth One House at a Time by John W. Schaub. I just finished reading it and thought it was an interesting book.

I would really like to learn more about real estate investing. I love reading so if anyone could recommend a book for beginners it would be appreciated.
