New guy from NYC

Hello everyone,

My name is Jesus, a young man born and raised in NYC. Real estate in many aspects has always been interesting to me, I've always wanted to own many properties. Last year, to follow my entrepreneurial spirit, I decided I will clear all my debt, save enough money for a down payment, and buy a house in 2016! It's 2016 now and I'm debt free, I have enough money for a down payment (for a cheap house lol) and I want to invest in a house badly!! My short term plan (2016) is to buy a house for my brother going away to college and have cash flowing in from renting the rooms out to his friends. Now for the bigger picture, basically, I want to flip houses for a living (yes, I want to leave my job [surprise, surprise]) and own rental properties all throughout the US.
