New Member in Colorado Springs

Greetings BP Members,

I have had an interest in real estate investing for some time, but recently stumbled upon this website, lucky me!  I am interested in meeting other investors in the Colorado Springs area.  I work full time so I will probably try to invest in properties within the Springs.  I would love any information on local meet up groups, any advice, or if anyone is looking for a partner in a deal.  I am by no means an expert in real estate, but I have read many books on the topic.  I have "house hacked" a foreclosed home I purchased and rehabbed. Then sold for a small profit 9 months later when I was relocated for work.  That experience taught me some lessons, mainly I love doing the rehab work and that you make money when you purchase!
