Hello, I'm a new member from the South Florida area. I'm extremely interested in learning how to invest in real estate.  The only experience I have in real estate is when I jointly bought the home I reside in with my husband and two children.  I know everyone has to start somewhere and this is my way of getting my feet wet and learning though others is a great place to start. I look forward to the near future being able to buy my first rental property with confidence and growing my personal finances while building security for my family.
