Hi, my name is Diana and I am new to the group. I am a licensed Real Estate Agent working  in paso robles, CA (aka the central coast) Accidentally found this site through you tube. Short term goal is to get started in flipping houses but long term goal is to buy and hold.  Look forward to reading all the threads and see what everyone is doing!
