Hey Everyone

As a new member of the BP community, I'm interested in learning more, networking, doing joint ventures, etc-- all the great aspects of business real estate offers. I'm still fairly new into the space, as a good portion of my day is spent helping people improve their lives through EXERCISE...lots of fun!!!  So, any advice is greatly appreciated as I'm looking to double my portfolio and complete a few re-sales this year. I can't wait for us to grow & achieve bigger pockets together...  :-)
