Hi I'm Cheryl new to investing
I'm a full time professional RN. Currently I have my interest in wholesale and hold. I would love to find deals for flipping and rehab but find either I'm looking in wrong areas or agents are keeping them for there own flipping.
I have been on Bp for few weeks and welcome any advise for a newbie. I want to stay in fla for now as that is where my LLC is held. Thanks for any advise or assistance. Cheryl
