Looking to learn as much as I can from successful investors and newbies as well. I've been on BiggerPockets for a few months now, reading as much as I can, listening to every podcast, and trying (unsuccessfully thus far) to avoid analysis paralysis. Ready to get off the sidelines and into the game.  Excited to get started and see where this journey takes me.
