anxious to get started! Have been actively searching but most I have seen at my entry price point have at least 1 thing that's has scared me away! Not afraid an prefer sweat equity but don't like crumbling foundations or lack of a basement especially with our climate! Would appreciate any helpful tips starting out! Though I am not going completely blind I have read several books an watched several podcasts but I know nothing beats experience!
