Hello! My name is Phil Sabella and I am a 24 year old, new investor from the Philadelphia area. I have taken many classes in real estate investing 101 and am looking to actually get my hands dirty and begin investing! I am looking to own single family homes as well as multi-family properties all around the country! Any advice is welcomed. Have a nice night everyone!
