Hi, I'm John from Fayetteville, NC. I found BiggerPockets a little over a month ago. I bought a VA foreclosure in January 2015 and have it as a rental. I am learning as I go, as many others are doing. After the purchase last year, I do not have extra cash laying around so lately I have been researching lenders and ways to access funding. So that's where I'm at right now. Just wanted to say HI!
