I'm 28 years old and recently bought a personal residence that my wife and I are currently rehabbing. We are looking to buy our first SF rental in the next few months. I've spent the past 6 months researching rei on bigger pockets and reading suggested books from the podcasts. Our goal is to become financially independent through passive income in conjunction with our frugal lifestyle. Hopefully I can make some great connections with fellow BP members to help me along the way.
