Welcome to BP. The other day I utilized BP to gather book recommendations so I could improve my skills of negotiation. One member recommended to me "Trump Style Negotiations" by George Ross. I just read a great quote that I want to share with you investors out there as you build your business. " No one ever asks for a pound of friendship or a bucket of integrity but they will pay you for it if you deliver". The point is, during your business, remember to be honest and kind with your constituents. It goes a long way and will pay off in the long run. Welcome to Bigger Pockets.

@Account Closed I read that book and don't remember the quote but fully agree with the concept.

New investors need to understand this can be a very small business and word gets around. It is amazing how many times I run into people in this business. I remember finding out a someone looking to buy one of my houses was a guy I had just foreclosed on another property of his.
