Hello everyone, My name is Ms. Martin and I am new to BiggerPockets and of course interested in real estate investing. I am currently a real estate student at Real Estate One Academy pursuing a real estate license. I am also a finance major at Macomb Community College. I am looking to get started in investing in real estate. I currently have only $1,000.00 to get started but I think it is very important for me to first learn how to do the math on a potential investment. I am open to new friendships and even a mentor.
