I think I may be in over my head here... Only time will tell! Just an average joe looking to break away from the herd! Currently work as a Control Room Operator at a large power plant in Northeast Arkansas. Looking for knowledge and guidance while working myself towards a brighter future!  Have been wanting to step into this game for awhile now, but like a lot of folks just didn't see how... Gripped with fear! 

Well, now is the time to throw caution to the wind and finally make a change. I hate that it's taken this long for me to realize that this crummy little 401k is not going to get me to where I need to be, in the time that I need to be there.  I'm tired of being a Wage Slave!
