Hi All,

This is my first post.  I found this web site and forum after typing some questions into google about real estate investing.

My wife and I are looking to get into real estate investing, so I've been reading the forums for the last few hours.  Some really great information out there!

I'm sure I'll have more specific questions shortly, but just wanted to drop by and say "hi" and I look forward to contributing to the forum in any way I can.
