Brand new from DFW area and eager to learn!
Hello, my name is Shaun. I'm 37, live in DFW, been at my job for 15 years and am ready for early retirement! I found BiggerPockets thanks to amazon.com. I purchased The Book on Rental Property Investing last week. Today I started listening to the podcasts. I'm here to absorb as much knowledge as possible before I purchase my first rental property. I'm interested in single family houses at the moment. My goal is to eventually live 100% off of passive income so I'm not really interested in flipping. Excited to be here!
