New kid on the block!

Hey guys,

My name is Luke, and I have been very interested in real estate investment ever since studying REIT's in college. I'm from the countryside, but live in Music City now, and the real estate market has been fascinating to observe here in a growing city. I see great opportunities in real estate, but also significant risks, and I've joined BiggerPockets to learn how to identify and manage those to see if real estate investing is a long-term fit for me. I currently own a house that I rent out, and I'm interested in expanding. I'm researching condos, town homes, and duplexes and looking at margins and upside compared to houses. Connect or send me a message if you have any questions!
