I am currently an undergraduate student in Columbus, Ohio with plans to move to South Carolina and begin my real estate investing career in the Hilton Head Island area, Charleston area, and/or other surrounding areas. I am currently seeking information and advice that will help me to formulate a concise business plan which I will be able to present to possible investors, partners, etc. I plan to graduate in the spring of 2018, and begin investing as soon as possible after.
