New guy here from Illinois
Hey everyone! I just came across the forum a few days ago. I signed up and I've been watching the podcast youtube videos.
I'm a full time police officer living in a triplex. I started a lawn care business on the side last year. I will be taking the profits from lawn care and putting it towards a loan I'll need. In the next few years I want to build a triplex for a first 'home'. I plan on renting out two units and living in the other unit for a few years. After that I hope to build another triplex and rent all 3 units out. I have a lot to learn I know. I worked construction for 5 years when I was younger. My father has built two houses in his day, so between him and I the triplex(s) can be built. We could do 80% of it with the help of some friends. Anyway...there's a little about me and what I'm working on.
