Hey everyone! I made this account a while ago just to look around but now I am serious about investing. I'v been to one real estate seminar before which was fun, however I didn't take any action after it.

I'm 19 years old from upstate New York (by Saratoga). I'm extremely open minded, love networking, meeting, and working with people. Since I was 17 I wanted to learn about investing in real estate but the fear of losing money took control of me. I still fear that however I want it more than I care about the fear.

I am a college dropout and since then made a few thousands of dollars off of amazon which I would like to invest into real estate.

My main goal is to start very small and learn how to become a landlord. So in the future I can have rental income or sell the place if the value rises.
