Hi All, 

I'm Raj. I joined the forum to meet other people interested in real estate investing.  I am an active investor and lender.  I currently am head of business development for a fund with over 250 million raised for rehab and rental investment homes.  

Prior to that I was a banker doing commercial bridge and construction lending and am a licensed CPA.
