Hi,

My name is Jorge Perez and I'm glad to have discovered the BP community from doing some research about so called real estate guru's. After, purchasing my first multi-family home this past year, I've become really interested in the real estate business and look forward on meeting others with same passion for the real estate business.

Jorge Perez when you have time, I would love to hear about your experience purchasing that multi as it's exactly what my fiancé and are planning to do soon. Was it a rehab, what type of loan, cap rate, cash flow...anything and everything you'd like to share would be appreciated.
