Hi my name is Milagros Sherrod and I just moved to Florida from New Jersey 3 years ago. I don't have much experience in real estate, I do have experience in selling and closing deals not related to this business and what brought me to Bigger Pockets was by listening to a podcast about real estate investing by husband who has experience in flipping houses, wholesale and buy and hold. Now  I am eager to learn more about the business.
