Hello! I am Nathan. I am just beginning and I am very excited to learn and grow. I currently have one rental property with excellent tenants. I don't make as much as I would like as I didn't buy the home intending to have it as a rental. It was my primary residence until I moved into a larger home. My wife and I are foster parents and have had 8 foster children living with us throughout our foster care journey, which made a larger home a necessity. We decided to rent out our home rather then sell due to the market at the time and I would love to try it again, with it being a rental property as the primary goal. I would love to have a few other properties as well as flip a few houses by the end of the year. My biggest road block is going to be finding properties that can be profitable, mainly because I am so new and honestly don't know where to look! Any help and/or tips would be greatly appreciated!
