Just getting started in Real Estate Investing.  I am trying to learn all I can from experienced investors before jumping in full time.  Thanks in advance for any and all advice!!

I have a background in home construction and remodeling although I am working in a different arena at the moment.  I am interested in buy and hold and flipping single family and small multi-family to get started.
