Hi there,

My wife, Amber, and I are beginning real estate investors here in Nashville, TN and are ready to learn and grow within a community of like minded individuals. Like most of you we are just looking for financial freedom and are in the process of acquiring our first, of hopefully many, rental properties. Any and all advice is welcome! :-)
