I found this forum because I am planning to grow my real estate business in 2016 by purchasing my own investment properties, either in New York and surrounding areas or in my native California. Though I do own one rental property in San Diego county that I inherited from my mother, I'm basically a total newbie to this part of the business and I'm really looking forward to learning the ropes. I'm sure this site, and the posts from experienced investors in the forums, will be invaluable!
I've been a licensed real estate salesperson in NYC since 2009. I am now a full-time trainer and manager at Bohemia Realty Group, a boutique firm specializing in residential apartments in upper Manhattan.
