Hi all,

My wife and I are changing direction in life, and are wanting to invest more of our time and energy into real estate. We are really interested in building a nice rental portfolio as well as rehabbing and flipping some properties in the Santa Fe New Mexico area. Any advice or imparted wisdom would be greatly appreciated.
