Newbie from AZ

Hello everyone.  Let's see, where do I start?  Well, I am new to real estate.  So new that I haven't even purchased my first property yet.  Also just moved to AZ from NJ about 2 years ago.  Not being too familiar with the area or real estate investing, I am definitely looking for all the advice I can get and to build long-lasting healthy relationships with others in this wonderful world of real estate.
