Hello BP Community

I'm a 27yr old engineer in the Phoenix area. I purchased my first buy and hold townhouse in 2012. I've been learning a lot lately through Bigger Pocket's books, podcasts and forums and am looking to grow my portfolio to one day replace my salary with passive cash flow. I hope to meet other BP members that have similar goals and share investing strategies, experiences etc.
