Denver area rental properties
I'm new to BP and relatively new to the Denver area. I moved here 2 1/2 years ago after finishing my military career. I'm also new to real estate investing -- my fiancé and I each converted our homes into rental properties (Golden and Lakewood) and then purchased our "live in" home (Arvada) about four months ago. I am very interested in real estate investing, particularly rental properties, and I hope to purchase a duplex or multiplex property within the next three to six months. I would like to meet other people with similar interests who wouldn't mind sharing their insights.
