Hi everyone, name's Eric, Yuppers, I'm a Yorker!! I found this community google searching for how to become a real estate investor. I've gotten tired of long hours at my night Job and never having enough time for myself and moneys to do things I would enjoy! I have a dream of getting a big boat and traveling about the world exploring far off countries and staying at getaway  retreats. I want to take up scuba diving in the Bahamas and enjoy a nice camp out. . 

Anyways, I'm here to learn the secrets of becoming a professional real-estate investor and property manager. I know I have a long way to go, so please be patient with my questions, as I'm new to this business.
