I have a great interest in real estate investing. This is my first step at making my dreams come true. I am relatively new to the Phoenix area (2 years), I am originally from Washington, DC. I am a Realtor here in AZ. I am looking to build my network to help with my investment plans. I'm interested in building a portfolio of rentals while completing the occasional fix and flip.
