Rich in Southern California possibly thinking of renting a room
Hello my name is Richard and I have been following BP podcasts for over a year ( I have a long commute). I live in southern California which is a very expensive market to jump into especially now in 2016. I have the opportunity to rent out a room in my home and would be interested in any advice.
