I have owned homes and land in many states. I am interested in land in Fla., where I am originally from, Colorado, where I spent 3 lovely years, New York, where I spent 10 tough years, Arizona, where I own investments at the present, Tenn. where I live at the present, Louisiana, Mississippi, and a few others. I am retired and now have time to do what I have always wanted to do. I will be spending my time making trips to lands that I find to do the due diligents, make offers, and hopefully, buy some land at really good prices.
