Buyer interested in AR, FL, NV, WA
A seasoned Investor but always ready to learn more. My main interest now is flipping USA SFR Bargains. I'm also interested in how financing works in FL, NV, AR for Canadian Investors. That has been the challenge for me to date.
I'm also ready to share info on the very hot Vancouver market. An especially great opportunity now that the $USA$ can buy Canadian Real estate at a 25% Discount because of present low $Can$ values.
