Hey BiggerPockets community! I am new to this community and am excited to learn as much as I can from all of you. I've worked as a Loan Officer (2003-2007) and most recently in operations and project management at a tech company. Currently I am dedicating myself 100% to real estate and real estate investing. My focus is on fix n' flips and buy and holds on single family and multifamily homes in the bay area. San Francisco is REALLY expensive so my interest is in the up and coming cities close by that are connected to SF via BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit). I'd like to connect with other investors and people having success and set backs in these types of investments.
