Hi I've been a landlord on the side for 7 years, looking to sell and buy more properties in Indianapolis and down south in the form of a vacation rental.  I've never done a multifamily deal or without a credit union for financing so I'm hoping to learn and connect to investors in this market as well as HHI and Orlando.
