Hi, My name is F.Antonio Alvarez but everybody call me Tony. I used to be a Realtor in Los Angeles CA. and property manager as well. Did a couple flips before the market crashed. Got some general knowledge from simple analysis, acquisitions and management of properties. Now that I live in Alabama I want to re-start my career in Real Estate as an investor, either holding, wholesaling and flipping sharing some of my knowledge and past experiences and acquire new ones.
