New to Real Estate Investing and Just looking for useful tips
Hello everyone! My name is Leslie and my husband is Mike. We are both former Marines and we just started our business hear in eastern NC (New Bern/Jacksonville to be more specific). Initially we planned to focus on fix and flips but we very quickly have realized we don't have enough equity built up to jump right into a rehab. Now we need to find wholesalers and purchase and sell houses to build up a pot of cash to utilize for potential fix and flips or fix and holds for rentals. Any guidance on where to locate wholesale buyers in this area? Or any other input in general would be great. Thank you for your time.
