Hi everyone! So glad that we new guys and gals have a place to come and learn from the much more experienced ones on this journey. My personal real estate experience has only been purchasing one SFH and building a second one which were both my primary residences at those times. My current source of income is provided through travel nursing. My goal is to one day replace my nursing career with passive income from buy and hold properties. Im currently working on the west coast, but home is southern MS/AL which is where I hope to settle down and invest (may include west FL in my investment area also). My plan is to pay off some liabilities in the next two yrs. At that point I will be completely debt free and able to redirect money into investment properties. I have read Rich Dad Poor Dad which was a life changing book seeing that no one taught me about money growing up. And Im currently reading Hold which is a very informative book and also the 10x Rule which is also a great read. I listen to the BP podcasts every day driving to and from work and really look forward to learning from everyone here! Big thanks to @JoshuaDorkin and @BrandonTurner!
